A 79 page comparison sheet in similarities of characters , scenes and setting were incorporated in plaintiff's opposition to summary judgment motion proving the characters, scenes and settings defendants NBC Universal, et al., used was stolen as the theft ring was linked to Hollywoods Organized Crime Syndicate incorporating all of plaintiff's stolen characters, stolen scenes and stolen settings from this plaintiff's federally protected copyrights that were "stolen" and used unlawfully.

Christian Science Magazine unequivocally stated that Meet the Parents , Meet the Fockers started a "trend in comedy" and the pinnacle of that trend was Wedding Crashers!
Jay Roach - Director of Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers - on the back of the Meet the Fockers - dvd- had a commentary as Jay Roach stated unequivocally that when they were shooting Meet the Parents they already had the screenplay for Meet the Fockers.
It should also be understood that Owen Wilson an actor in Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers was in possession of this plaintiff's 5(five) stolen federal copyrights claiming to have written "Wedding Crashers"!
During the lawsuit this Plaintiff wanted to depose Richard D. Sharp and Tracy Coleman and all of a sudden the pre-dated horror video-cassette that appeared in a black box with no written copyright or writting on the side or the front of the black box magically appeared at the Library of Congress- upon further investigation by this plaintiff after summary judgment seeking the original 1991 MTP videocassette that had to be forensically evaluated judgment was found to be a fraud.
Upon further investigation there was writing on the "un-marked black box" this plaintiff firmly believes the pre-dated fraud was used as a legal manuever to oppose this plaintiff's 79 page comparison, barring discovery as the defendants unlawfully moved for summary judgment.
Mr. Sharp was to be deposed and to evade deposition took a "sabattical leave of absence". Judge Lynch (Clinton appointed) all of a sudden stayed Magistrates Freeman's discovery and allowed the defendants NBC Universal, et al., to move for summary judgment.
The corruptiong and bias of the court in this case to bar discovery even though this plaintiff at the inception of his federal complaint stated his 5 (five) federally protected copyrights were stolen violated due process, this plaintiff's civil rights, the constitional right to a fair and impartial trial.
