This litigation blog was created by petitioner to "oppose" any blogs created in opposition by the "Organized Crime Syndicate" that would fabricate and constitute any type of fair and impartial decision renedered by the corrupted federal courts . It should be noted the decisions of the corrupted federal courts have been manifested by crimes, frauds, political connections and corruption that in essence clearly violates due process and our constitution!

chivalryfilms.net - Characters, Scenes and Settings that clearly demonstrate and prove that "VERBATIM COPYING", "PLAGIARISM" in essence "Criminal Copyright Infringement" had occurred beyond any reasonable doubt from plaintiff's 5 (five) federal protected copyrights that were "extracted" and used in defendants NBC Universal, et al ., studio films entitled "Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers and Wedding Crashers".
The defendants/respondents had with intent and premeditation stole and unlawfully used this plaintiff/petitioner's " 5 Federal Protected Copyrighted Materials" in the unlawful creation, distribution and production of Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers, Wedding Crashers and other movies in the industry. Now a sequel has been made "Little Fockers" a derivative of the very copyrights that were stolen and unlawfully created!

This plaintiff/petitioner has 5 novel/screenplay copyrights that amount to over 2,500 pages of script that were "stolen" in intervals by the defendants/respondents "Organized Crime Syndicate". Access and Verbatim copying can be proven beyond any reasonable doubt.
The "Organized Crime Syndicate" has links and ties not only to the "Theft Ring" but to two employees at the Library of Congress who were responsible for the copying of federal evidence in these cases. To wit: Tracie Coleman and Richard D. Sharp who both perjured affidavits and the intentionally tampered with federal evidence in these copyright cases.
The "Organized Crime Syndicate" has ties and links to writers of the "Fraud" the alleged 1991 pre-dated Meet the Parents videocassette found in a black box at the Library of Congress. This alleged 1991 "Meet the Parents videocassette" was used in this premeditated scheme as a title and nothing more.
All of the characters, scenes and settings used in these movies were extracted from this plaintiff/petitioner's copyrights entitled "The Tenant and/or The Dysfunctionals" that were "STOLEN" by the defendants/respondents.
The "Organized Crime Syndicate" also has ties to the writers of Wedding Crashers. Mr. and Mrs. Smith -(scenes were used from this plaintiff's copyrights but not enough for copyright infringement) plaintiff's other characters, scenes and settings were used as a blue print to extract all materials from this plaintiff's 5 (five) federal protected copyrights.
This plaintiff's copyrights that were stolen by the defendants/respondents started a "trend in comedy". The defendants/respondents are wholly and jointly responsible for the thefts and guilty of the unlawful acts of "Verbatim Copying", "Plagiarism" in essence considering the crimes and frauds perpetrated by the defendants/respondents "Criminal Copyright Infringements.
Any blogs against this plaintiff are most likely derived from defendants/respondents "Organized Crime Syndicate" who were involved in the "Thefts" and have an interests in the outcome of these cases that would lead to criminal prosecution and conviction.
This "Organized Crime Syndicate" has evaded prosecution in these cases, due to political connections, crimes, frauds and corruption in our court system and the Library of Congress. However, with the help of the "People" this "Organized Crime Syndicate" will eventually be exposed and prosecuted in the interest of justice.
Attorneys fees for the purpose of these proceedings were intentionally "unopposed" meaning that the respondents filed a motion for "attorney fees" no opposition by this plaintiff was forthcoming due to the fact that all of the Characters, Scenes and Settings in this case were "stolen, extracted and used unlawfully" in the defendants/respondents unlawful making of Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers, Wedding Crashers!
The un-ethical Attorney fees in these corrupted cases were absurd as defendants political connection within the court would not only bar this plaintiff was pursuing his legal rights! To punish plaintiff for "exposing" NBC Universal., et al defendants, writer frauds , theft ring , corruption in our judicial branch of government incuding and not limited to judges, justices and the Library of Congress Undermines the true meaning of justice!
Attorneys fees were used to preclude this plaintiff from pursuing NBC Universal , et al., theft ring , writer frauds, studio defendants and corruption, confllcts of interest and political connections within the federal courts and Library of Congress that violated due process, the constitution , a fair and impartial proceeding and this plaintiff's civil rights.
Mr. and Mrs. Smith and other movies in the industry used this plaintiff/appellants 5 federal protected copyrights as a blue print but this plaintiff didn't have enough to prove copyright infringement but can prove what scenes and settings were used in essence the studio defendants extracted all characters, scenes and settings depriving this plaintiff of all his copyrights.
Attorney Fees in these cases were used by these judges and defendants/respondents in an ill will attempt to sustain these outrageous criminal decisions that violated a fair system of justice , protecting justice system. Example : Someone steals your car ... you sue for damages and a judge grants fees to the criminal ?????????? paying a thief for stealing your car !!! How outrageous!
The judges in these cases have no boundaries and by the evidence presented never had a doubt that these defendants/respondents did in fact steal this plaintiff/petitioner's federal protected copyrights, because all of the characters, scenes and settings prove it beyond any reasonable doubt. This is indisputable!!
It would be quite obvious to any "lay person" with a grammar school education that the defendants/respondents are guilty of "Verbatim Copying and Plagiarism" in essence considering the crimes perpetrated "Criminal Copyright Infringement". Any entertaining or opposition concerning legal fees in his case on behalf of this petitioner would have been "absurd" and any granting of fees to the defendants/respondents is a corrupt legal manuever that should be investigated by the United States Attorney General's Office" taken into consideration that all of the "characters, scenes and settings" clearly prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the defendants/respondents had in fact unlawfully "stole" and unlawfully used this plaintiff/appellant's "5 Federal Protected Copyrights" and are being protected by the courts.
The defendants/respondents throughout the legal proceedings in these cases have continued on their crime spree by perpetrating additional crimes and frauds within the court proceeding by having attorneys involved in the theft assist in formulating of the orginal complaint with the intent of sabotaging the case due to their criminal involvement, tampering with federal evidence by employees linked to the Organized Crime Syndicate, perpetrating frauds concerning evidence and attaching perjured affidavits to their summary judgment motion.
These cases need "Public attention" and a "Public trial" to insure "Fairness" in view of the people!! In order to rude out the corruption in our system that has been protecting these criminals ! and to expose this "Organize Crime Syndicate" that is protected by political connections, corruptions, frauds and crimes.
In light of these circumstances that involves the above please tell "Family members, Friends, Neighbors and Co-workers" because this "Organize Crime Syndicate" has to be exposed, abolished and prosecuted in the interest of justice.
Discovery in these cases was barred by the judge. Discovery is a tool in litigation to help seek the "Truth" even though all of the Characters, Scenes and Settings clearly demonstrated and proved "Verbatim Copying" and "Plagiarism" in essence "Criminal Copyright Infringement" discovery in this case was still barred by the court.
Any scenes that the defendants/respondents attorneys or judges believed they may have tried to deconstruct would easily reconstructed by the plaintiff/petitioner when these same scenes were taken in "full". All of the Characters, Scenes and Settings clearly demonstated and proved "Verbatim Copying", and "Plagairism" considering the intervals of thefts that can be clearly proved "Criminal Copyright Infringement" beyond any reasonable doubt.
Please Help!! These cases need "Public Attention". We have to "stop corruption for the sake of humanity, this is not a Third World Country".

Assuming Arguendo: {These cases are no different then a car thief who steals your car gives it a bad paint job and drives it around as if he really owns the car. - similar - to a copyright thief who changes the title and unlawfully uses all the stolen characters, stolen scenes and stolen settings really believing in a demented manner that he wrote it.
However, in reality the car thief and copyright thief are still criminals and are not entitled to what they "Stole" The true owners are entitled to justice and damages.
The car thief cannot actually believe that the car belongs to him because he stole it nor can the copyright thief believe that the copyright was actually created or written by him because he didn't write it he stole it.
In these cases we are suppose to be dealing with intellects however this sort of rational not only defies common sense, the laws of nature and the laws of our land. This sort of criminal behavior is outrageous and undermines the publics perception of justice, especially when judges protect these criminals from prosecution because of the billions of dollars in damages and liabilities.
In intellectual properties we are suppose to be dealing with intellects however in these cases the car thief and copyright thief are one and the same, nothing more than an ignorant criminal mentality that intentionally violates their victims with no conscience.
The frivolous motion for attorneys fees is unopposed and nothing more than (garbage). Especially when these cases have been entertained in the Highest Court of the Land .... However, a senate committee investigating these decisions will lead to the convictions of these thieves, political connections and corruption that not only defies justice but plagues our society and system of justice. {The defendants/respondents in these cases have unlawfully stolen this plaintiff's 5 federal protected copyrights and copyrighted these same "Stolen Federal Copyrights" for protection under the law.} OUTRAGEOUS !!!
The district court judge in these cases as well as any other judges in these cases that granted summary judgment and sustained these decisions have barred discovery protecting criminals that continue to ridicule our legal system by creating new laws that defy justice and the American Way! These defendants/respondents have used this plaintiff/petitioner's 5 federal protected copyrights that were stolen the overwhelming similarities in characters, scenes and settings actually prove verbatim copying and plagiarism in essence criminal copyright infringement. This plaintiff/petitioner has a constitution right in this litigation to uncover these crimes of the century by being entitled to "Discovery" taking interrogatories, depositions, pleadings and a public trial to insure that the political connections and corruption that plagues our government are exposed!

The "horror film" in this case is the alleged back dated 1991 Meet the Parents that nobody has seen with the exception of a few people in Washington...... In a nutshell " Everyone in the family is killed including the dog ... This was the "alleged" back-dated "tampered" video-cassette that the defendants relied on for summary judgment... the "alleged videocassette" found in a black box at the Library of Congress was distorted, altered and manipulated ...It has been compromised and has to be forensically evaluated however summary judgment by the court has barred discovery.
The "alleged videocassette" paved the way for summary judgment and was used in a criminal and unethical manner by the defendants in a blatant attempt to protect the "Organized Crime Theft Rings" identity. This alleged videocassette evidence had been compromised by the two employees at the Library of Congress who had actually "perjured affidavits" in reference to this evidence and who had access and copied all of this plaintiff/appellant's copyrights for the court that were "missing pages".
This case is being appealed so attorneys fees are a "non-issue." ................................
The Supreme Court of the United States will see through this sham of political connections and corruption that the defendants so brazenly rely on.
If NBC or Twentieth Century Fox whom are both defendants in this action grant an interview in good faith to set the record straight and are willing to be "honest". This plaintiff/appellant will be more than happy to oblige the defendants/respondents attorneys in an appearance to resolve the issues of Verbatim Copying, Plagiarism, Criminal Copyright Infringement, Crimes, Felonies, Corruption and Political Connections concerning this case that is destroying a fair system of justice.
This case had been initiated in June 2005 - If this plaintiff did not have a valid case it would have been exposed on the news media.
The defendants had the luxury of choosing between plaintiff's 5 (five) federal protected copyrights extracting copyrighted material in an attempt to disprove copyright infringement..... However, the overwhelming similarities clearly demonstrate and prove Verbatim Copying, Plagiarism in essence Criminal Copyright Infringement.
The defendants and their writers in this case are "Frauds" and have perpetrated additional crimes and frauds throughout these legal proceedings and have had the luxury of being protected by political connections and corruption in the system that has to be exposed and abolished in the interest of justice.

A senate committee should be impaneled to investigate ongoing corruption to expose the cover-ups and legal manipulations that have been perpetrated in this case.
The United States Attorney General's office should take an active role in prosecuting this "Organized Crime Syndicate" in the interest of justice and the people....
The media is suppose to elaborate on the truth and they have a morale obligation not only to this plaintiff but the public at large.
