NONE OF THESE SCENES ABOVE ARE INCORPORATED IN THE DISTORTED MEET THE PARENTS 1991 VHS VIDEO-CASSETTE THAT HAS TO BE FORENSICALLY EVALUATED.
******* THE 1991 MEET THE PARENTS VIDEOCASSETTE OFFERED INTO EVIDENCE BY THE DEFENDANTS' IN THIS CASE HAD BEEN TAMPERED WITH BY AND THROUGH EMPLOYEES AT THE LIBRARY OF CONGRESS. THIS SAME TAMPERED EVIDENCE WAS ATTACHED AS AN EXHIBIT TO DEFENDANTS' SUMMARY JUDGMENT MOTION.
******* THIS NEW EVIDENCE PRESENTED TO THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT WILL CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE THAT THE DEFENDANTS HAVE CONTINUED TO ACT CRIMINALLY THROUGHOUT THESE COURT PROCEEDINGS PERPETRATING FRAUDS ON THE COURT AS WELL AS THIS APPELLANT. ANY REFERENCE TO DEFENDANTS' 1991 MEET THE PARENTS VIDEOCASSETTE FOUND IN A BLACK BOX AT THE LIBRARY OF CONGRESS THAT ALLEGEDLY HAD "NO LABELS ATTACHED" HAS BEEN COMPROMISED. THE CHAIN OF EVIDENCE IN THESE PROCEEDINGS CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE CORRUPTION ON IT'S HIGHEST LEVEL.
THE INTENTIONAL TAMPERING OF FEDERAL EVIDENCE PROVES THAT THE DEFENDANTS IN THIS CASE CONTINUE TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A CRIMINAL MANNER.
The employees at the Library of Congress to wit: Tracie Coleman and Richard D. Sharp certified documentation under oath stating that the 1991 MTP videocassette found in a black box at the Library of Congress had "no labels attached." However, upon an independent investigation and inspection of the alleged 1991 MTP videocassette at the Library of Congress ---- revealed that labels were "attached" the 60 minutes video label had been manually crossed out and altered to reflect 72 minutes of video which is equivalent to 12 pages of added script.... This evidence if not tampered would have paved the way to discovery however the defendants used the 2 certifications by the employees under oath as exhibits and the defendants' deceptively placed a new label over the minutes with the caption of the case confirming the perjured statements under oath by Tracie Coleman and Richard D. Sharp. At this point it is fair to say that the 1991 Meet the Parents is not credible and may had been planted by the defendants for the purpose of these proceedings to mask and subterfuge that the defendants' in this case have used the "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" originally created by Joseph Ardito. The OVERWHELMING : Characters, Scenes and Settings used from the "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" originally created by Joseph Ardito are "INDISPUTABLE."
"Meet the Parents" and "Meet the Fockers" are a product of Plaintiff's "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" entitled, "The Dysfunctionals and/or The Tenant" this is indisputable.
The defendants in this case rely on "The Indisputable Documentary Evidence," of the 1991 ? "Meet the Parents" VHS video-cassette with "no written copyright." This VHS video-cassette was allegedly found in a black box at the Library of Congress with allegedly no markings and allegedly preceded this Plaintiff's copyright by ? years. However, this story is a "Horror Flick" with a twist!
This evidence has been compromised altered and tampered with at the Library of Congress. It is fair to say that this evidence has been planted by the defendants.
The 1991 distorted "Meet The Parents" video-cassette is narrated by a gas station attendant, the father is a retired gas station owner. The family is portrayed as an ordinary family until the end. A stick is thrown into a lake for the dog to fetch; the dog drowns. The one daughter commits suicide and is found swinging from a rope in her bedroom. The father comes down the steps on a shot gun spree accidentally killing his surviving daughter and wife. Shortly thereafter, the father supposedly dies of a heart attack. This film has all the makings of a horror movie because, everyone in the family including the dog dies a tragic death !
The End
This horrific sequel could not fit squarely into "Meet the Fockers" because everyone in the family including the dog is dead. Sorry, did I say "This blockbuster of a Horror Flick had a sequel!
Who actually saw Meet the Parents in 1991 ?
The alleged sequel was incorporated in this distorted 1991 Meet the Parents video-cassette with "no written copyright" that was found in a black box at the Library Of Congress. The stories alleged sequel is narrated by a gas station attendant as a male customer walks up to the counter claiming to the gas station attendant that he is taking his children to the circus. The gas station attendant replies! What you are taking your children to the circus? Stop and go back! As he is about to elaborate on another horrific story and chain of events in where the entire family will most likely resemble the same horrific ending in where "Everyone in the family will die including a dog if they have one." Any reference to this movie as a comedy is inaccurate. This was in fact the alleged sequel incorporated in the distorted MTP 1991 video-cassette that has to be forensically evaluated.
The distorted MTP 1991 (?) VHS - Has "No Written Copyright" just the fact that it came in a black box with no labels.
See: Jay Roach's in his Meet the Focker's commentaries who was in fact a Producer and the Director of both "Meet the Parents" and "Meet the Fockers." Jay Roach stated unequivocally we had a "great script" with layer upon layer (multi-faceted) in which many movies could be made and many movies were in fact made from the "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" originally created and owned by Joseph Ardito. These "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" had started a trend in comedy and was used as a blueprint in numerous movies made by these defendants.

Furthermore, "Absolutely" no sequel from this distorted 1991 Meet the Parents video-cassette could possibly fit squarely into "Meet the Fockers".
On the other hand, Plaintiff's "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" entitled, "The Dysfunctionals and/or The Tenant" Incorporate all these scenes and more. The "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" entitled The Dysfunctionals and/or The Tenant" didn't need a sequel because the sequel was already incorporated into the original creation. The Tenant and/or The Dysfunctionals would resume the sequel by "Meeting Another Dysfunctional Family."
Whereas, the sequel for the alleged distorted 1991 (?) Meet the Parents video-cassette entails a totally different family - a father taking his children to the circus where they will all be massacred.
It is fair to say that whatever portions of the Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials the defendants didn't unlawfully use in "Meet the Parents" they unlawfully used in Meet The Fockers " and so forth in other movies.
Meet the Parents" and "Meet the Fockers" are undoubtedly a product of Plaintiff's "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" entitled "The Dysfunctionals and/or The Tenant" originally created and owned by Joseph Ardito.
Again, in further proving Plaintiff's position, the Plaintiff's sequel for "The Dysfunctionals and/or The Tenant" was already incorporated in Plaintiff's 1996-1998 "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials." The sequel's story for "The Dysfunctionals and/or The Tenant" was for the Tenant to "Meet Another Dysfunctional Family" which squarely fits into "Meet the Fockers", a 2004? copyright! - unlawfully stolen by the defendants-respondents and unlawfully used. "The Dysfunctionals and/or The Tenant" fit sequel fits so perfectly ? Because it's the Plaintiff's original creation! Whatever "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" the defendants-respondents didn't use in "Meet the Parents, they used in "Meet the Fockers, Wedding Crashers and other movies !!!!!!
The sole use of Gregg Glienna and Mary Ruth Clarke's VHS distorted video-cassette of 1991(?) "Meet the Parents" was to deceptively mask, conceal and subterfuge that the defendants acted in concert with premeditation and intent and knew at all times that they were unlawfully using plaintiff's "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" owned and originally created by Joseph Ardito and unlawfully used these "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials in the making of defendants-respondents' projects entitled "Meet the Parents", "Meet the Fockers", "Wedding Crashers" and "other movies" in the industry.
It is abundantly clear in this case that the defendants-respondents have unlawfully pawned off the "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" off as their own original creation.
This criminal conduct is outrageous and will only undermine the publics' perception of justice in relation to these defendants-respondents that have acted with unconscionable with premeditation, malice and ill-will. These defendants-respondents' have a moral obligation not only to this plaintiff, but to the public at large. The defendants' sophisticated "Organized Crime Syndicate" in this case believe that they are above the law due to political connections, corruption and the fact that they own and used the media in a distorted manner to subterfuge their criminal conduct.
The decisions in this case are being appealed to the Supreme Court of the United States. The plaintiff's case deals with "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" however, this plaintiff was precluded from "discovery" by the court. Discovery is a constitutional right and was a crucial factor in this case because "discovery" would have revealed the "Organized Crime Syndicate" involved in the "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials." entitled "The Dysfunctionals and/or The Tenant"
Any impartial jury in the world or in any foreign court would conclude that "Meet the Parents" and "Meet the Fockers" are undoubtedly the product of plaintiff's "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" entitled "The Dysfunctionals and or The Tenant."
Justice should be Impartial and Fair to all Litigants because it will only reflect on the Judicial Branch of Government and undermine the public's perception of Justice.
The Wedding Crashers This Plaintiff is cognizant of the fact that litigation concerning The Wedding Crashers has already been petitioned in the California Courts. An investigation concerning this lawsuit is now being conducted. This Plaintiff's scripts were stolen, as well as various project outlines, entitled "The Attorneys" - The outline encompasses the following scenes: The Attorneys Actually Crashed Wedding Scene, The Sympathy Routine Scene, The Hog Tied Scene, The Gay Scene, The Boat Scene, The Closet Queer Scene, The Football Scene, The Man Punched in the Stomach and Doubles up on the Floor Scene, The Virgin Scene, The Wink of Accomplishment Scene, The Fake Tears in Attempt to Entice the Woman Scene, Drinking from the Pitcher Scene, Eating Like Animals Scene - where you can actually see the food tumbling in their mouths while talking and spitting food all over the floor, The Painter Scene, Man in Closet Scene, The Minister Scene, Changing Names Scene - where they fabricate stories and occupations as to where they become unrecognizable and make it difficult to track them down, Cognito Scene, Nunchuks Scene, Ma Make the Meatballs Scene, The 4 Day Weekend Excursion Trip that Would Turn out to be a Weekend in Ecstasy Scene, The Kind Man Scene, The Laxative Put Into a Drink Scene, The Dysfunctional Family Scene and many more Scenes.
